The provisional quantum indices of Large Scale Manufacturing Industries (LSMI) for February, 2026 with base year 2015-16 has been developed on the basis of latest data supplied by the source agencies. The indices for February, 2026 and July-February 2025-26 along with growth are as follows: –
- QIM estimated for July- February, 2025-26 is 122.77.
- Overall Large Scale Manufacturing Sector has indicated a growth of 5.89% during July- February 2025-26 when compared with the same period of the last year.
- QIM estimated for February, 2026 is 131.50.
- The LSMI output increased by 6.45% for February, 2026 when compared with February, 2025 and decreased by -8.97% when compared January, 2026.
